We do not accept insurance, but we do accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA, and FSA for easy payment options. Being a cash-based practice allows us to treat you the right way—without insurance limits on time, treatment choices, or the number of visits—so your care stays simple, effective, and tailored to you.

You’ll always know the cost of each session upfront with no surprises.

Every visit is one-on-one, giving you the focused, high-quality care needed to reach your goals and feel better, faster.

After each session, you’ll receive a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Clear pricing. Quality care. Your recovery comes first.

No doctor’s referral is needed to start physical therapy! You can book directly and get the care you need without the wait.

Yes we do!

Yes! We can provide a Superbill, which is a detailed bill of services you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your specific plan, but most non-Medicare patients are able to file “self-claims” for out-of-network physical therapy. Be sure to check with your insurance provider to see what you may be reimbursed and how it applies to your deductible.

With traditional insurance-based care, you often spend only 30 minutes with a therapist, time is divided between multiple patients, visits are limited, and some services may not be covered. Cash-based physical therapy allows us to provide what’s truly best for you—longer, focused one-on-one visits where we can address your pain, progress your exercises, and help you reach your goals quicker. You’ll also enjoy transparent pricing with no surprise bills, and we can provide a superbill that may allow for reimbursement depending on your insurance provider. This personalized approach gives you the quality care and attention that helps you recover faster and get back to the activities you love.

During your first visit, your physical therapist will take the time to get to know you—your health history, what’s been bothering you, and the activities you’d love to return to. You’ll complete a personalized movement assessment. Together, you and your therapist will establish clear goals and create a customized plan to help you start feeling better and get back to the activities you enjoy.

Initial evaluations are 75 minutes, giving us plenty of time to get to know you, hear your story, understand your goals, and complete a thorough movement assessment. Follow-up visits are typically 60 minutes, giving us time to help ease your pain, progress your exercises, and keep your goals on track. Every visit is one-on-one, so you have our full attention. This personal focus ensures you receive the best care and the fastest results.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely—think activewear like shorts, leggings, or a t-shirt. Avoid restrictive clothing or heavy layers so your therapist can properly assess your movement and you can perform exercises comfortably. Supportive athletic shoes are recommended.
