Runner's Rehab-Core Physical Therapy

1) Gait Analysis

Your evaluation includes treadmill gait analysis to pinpoint movement issues and guide a plan for stronger, more efficient, and pain-free running.
Functional Assessment-Core Physical Therapy

2) Functional Movement Examination

As part of your evaluation, we’ll perform a Functional Movement Exam to assess joint mobility, leg strength, core stability, and balance.
Game Plan-Core Physical Therapy

3) Game Plan

We’ll customize follow-up sessions to enhance running mechanics, decrease pain, build strength and stability, and provide training support to get you to the finish line.
